This policy explains what personal information Wali Fitness Academy collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the coaching services we provide.

Information we collect

When you sign up or fill out an intake form, we collect the details you give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and age. Depending on the form, it may also include information about your training history, injuries, goals, and lifestyle.

Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to deliver coaching services. That means building and adjusting your program, checking in on your progress, answering your questions, processing payments, and contacting you about your coaching.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Third party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Stripe processes payments and handles your card details under its own privacy policy.
• Everfit hosts your training program and progress data so your coach can deliver it to you.

These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and record keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To make a request, email privacy@walifitness.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated directly to active clients.
